"Empat warga negara RI stateless alias tak punya kewarganegaraan lagi. Hal ini terjadi karena staf KBRI secara arogan tetap menolak mereka memasuki halaman, padahal perintah Komisi I melalui Helmi Fauzi, "Semua aktivis harus menunggu pengembalian paspor dengan tinggal di KBRI," tulis Adnan Balfas, salah seorang dari empat aktivis tersebut dalam blackberry messengers yang diterima detikcom Minggu (19/6/2011).
"Apakah kami harus melompat pagar memasuki kedutaan lain di Singapura," imbuhnya.
Empat aktivis tersebut selain Adnan Balfas yakni Dendi Satrio, M Egi Sabri dan Sarman El Hakim.
Keempat aktivis ini terkena prosedur Internal Security Act (ISA) yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah Singapura. "Prosedur ISA rupanya dipakai untuk kami, para aktivis antikorupsi yang mencari Nazaruddin dan Nunun," keluh Balfas.
Balfas mengaku heran kenapa aktivis antikorupsi seperti mereka paspornya malah ditahan, sementara Nazaruddin dan Nunun malah tidak ditahan.
Saat ini, imbuhnya, Sidney Jones dari International Crisis Group sedang mulai mencoba membantu dengan memanfaatkan jaringan yang dimilikinya.
