Pengesahan Divestasi 7% Saham Newmont Tinggal Tunggu BKPM
Demikian disampaikan Dirjen Kekayaan Negara Kementerian Keuangan Hadiyanto saat ditemui di Gedung Kementerian Keuangan, Jalan Wahidin Raya, Jakarta, Kamis (16/6/2011).
"Kita terus proses kalau ada administrasi yang di kita harus dilengkapi, ya dilengkapi. Tapi rasanya persoalannya sekarang tinggal sesuai mekanisme
perubahan kepemilikan saham dari pemegang saham asing ke nasional itu ada penetapan dari BKPM karena itu menyangkut PMA dan PMDN," jelasnya.
Lewat pernyataan ini, berarti Menteri ESDM Darwin Zahedy Saleh telah menyetujui pembelian 7% saham divestasi Newmont oleh PIP. Setelah sebelumnya Menteri Keuangan Agus Martowardojo meminta Menteri ESDM tak lagimenunda-nunda pembelian saham tersebut.
Sedangkan terkait adanya isu pelepasan 2,2% saham Newmont oleh Pukuafu ke PT Indonesia Masbaga Investama, Hadiyanto menyatakan pihak Pusat Investasi Pemerintah (PIP) akan mempelajari hal tersebut.
"Ya nanti PIP akan meneliti apa betul ada transaksi itu. Kita cek peralihan pemegang saham itu harus ada persetujuan ESDM, BKPM. Saya hanya bilang bahwa seharusnya BKPM dan ESDM tahu itu. Kalau benar ada itu ya," pungkasnya

Belum ada surat rekomendasi untuk divestasi 7 saham NNT tegas Kepala BKPM Gita Wirjawan melalui pesan singkat siang ini... ..Sementara menyangkut penjualan 2 2 saham NNT oleh PT. Pukuafu Indah ke Indonesia Masbaga Investment IMI Gita mengatakan persetujuan peralihan saham sudah dikeluarkannya... ..Pasalnya pada saat jual-beli dilakukan Menteri ESDM Darwin Zahedi Saleh dengan sigap mengirimkan surat rekomendasi penjualan kepadanya... .. Untuk penjualan saham yang 2 2 dari Pukuafu ke IMI BKPM dapat rekomendasi dari Menteri ESDM tuturnya... ..Pada kesempatan terpisah Direktur Jenderal Kekayaan Negara Hadiyanto menjelaskan Kementerian Keuangan sudah melayangkan surat pada 18 Mei yang menjelaskan proses divestasi telah dilakukan oleh NNT dengan PIP. Dua hari kemudian 20 Mei NNT melayangkan surat permohonan perubahan kepemilikan 7 saham dari NNT ke PIP kepada Menteri ESDM... .. Pada tanggal 10 Juni Menteri ESDM menyampaikan konfirmasi bahwa NNT telah menyelesaikan divestasi sahamnya ke Pemerintah RI.
