Leni Sering Alami Pelecehan Seksual Selama Pacaran dengan Anjas
Jakarta - Tidak hanya sering dipukuli Anjas, Leni juga kerap mendapat perlakuan tidak senonoh dari lelaki yang dua tahun menjadi pacarnya. Leni mengaku sering dilecehkan secara seksual oleh pria 27 tahun itu.
"Selama dua tahun pacaran itu, dia sering mengalami pelecehan seksual dari pacarnya," kata kuasa hukum Leni dari LBH Apik, Erna saat berbincang dengan detikcom, Jumat (17/6/2011).
Menurut Erna, Leni sebenarnya sudah lama tidak tahan dengan perlakuan Anjas. Namun setiap kali Leni minta putus, Anjas selalu mengaku bersalah dan meminta maaf. Berjanji tidak akan mengulangi perbuatannya.
"Jadi mereka itu putus nyambung tapi perbuatan memukul dan melecehkan secara seksual itu dilakukan berulang-ulang," kata Erna.
Hingga akhirnya pada akhir tahun 2010 lalu. Saat itu, Leni meminta putus dari Anjas karena sudah tidak tahan. Namun ternyata malah terjadi peristiwa yang kini menyeret Leni ke meja hijau.
"Leni saat itu ingin menghentikan semua dengan Anjas, dia sudah tidak tahan. Tapi malah kejadian seperti itu yang akhirnya membawa Leni sekarang dipolisikan," kata Erna.
Leni berurusan dengan hukum saat pacarnya, Anjas, melaporkannya ke polisi. Anjas, seorang pria 27 tahun menuntut karena Leni telah menyiramnya dengan air panas. Wajah Anjas sempat lecet karenanya.
Namun bukan tanpa alasan Leni menyiram muka Anjas dengan air. Leni melakukan itu sebagai bentuk membela diri karena saat itu, Anjas yang mendatangi rumahnya mencoba berbuat hal yang tidak senonoh. Anjas menggerayangi tubuh Leni.
Peristiwa itu terjadi di rumah Leni di daerah Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat 22 November 2010. Saat itu, Anjas datang ke rumah Leni untuk membicarakan hubungan mereka yang sering diwarnai cek cok. Leni menyatakan ingin putus dari Anjas karena selama ini sering dipukuli.
Awalnya obrolan mereka baik-baik saja, namun sekitar pukul 19.30 WIB, Anjas mulai melakukan hal-hal aneh. Laki-laki itu mencoba merayu bahkan memaksa Leni untuk bercumbu, namun hal itu ditolak oleh Leni.
Leni berusaha melawan namun karena tenaga Anjas lebih kuat, Leni malah didorong balik oleh Anjas dan dipepet ke arah dinding. Leni menjerit minta tolong dan menggigit tangan Anjas.
Setelah 'berjibaku' agak lama Leni akhirnya bisa terlepas dari Anjas. Namun Anjas mengambil Blackberry milik Leni. Leni mencoba meminta kembali handphone-nya, namun Anjas tidak mau mengembalikannya.
Leni pun mengancam akan menyiramnya dengan air panas. Anjas tetap cuek. Leni lalu menyiram Anjas dengan air dari gelas yang ada di dekatnya. Akibat tersiram air panas, muka Anjas memang sedikit lecet, namun lukanya tidak parah.
Usai kejadian itu, Anjas langsung menelepon orang tuanya yang kemudian mengadukan Leni ke polisi. Leni dikenakan pasal 351 KUHP dengan ancaman 2,5 tahun penjara. Sidang Leni kini sedang berlangsung di PN Jakarta Pusat.

Keduanya mengaku tidak tahan terus-menerus dianiaya sang majikan.Kedua PRT tersebut masing-masing Ngatiem 56 asal Magelang dan Ropiah 14 asal Brebes.
