"Saya tidak pernah menerima surat palsu dari MK, nggak ada kerjasama dengan hakim MK. Yang saya terima surat resmi dari MK kemudian kami rapatkan bersama Ketua KPU,"ujar Andi.
Hal ini disampaikan Andi kepada detikcom, Kamis (16/6/2011).
Menurut Andi Nurpati, surat tersebut hasil putusan MK menyangkut permohonan caleg. Meski caleg tersebut menang di MK, namun suara yang diperolehnya belum mampu mendudukkan caleg tersebut di DPR.
"Jadi Hanura menang di MK tapi tidak dapat kursi di DPR. Itu biasa terjadi namun kali ini terjadinya di DPRRI,"terangnya.
Komisi II telah menyepakati untuk membentuk Panja terkait dugaan pemalsuan dokumen MK terkait pemilu legislatif 2009. Panja berencana memanggil beberapa pihak yang terkait dengan dugaan tersebut, terutama mantan komisioner KPU yang kini menjadi pengurus Partai Demokrat, Andi Nurpati.
"Di MK ada Hasan (staf MK) dan di KPU tentu Ibu Andi Nurpati. Banyaklah yang akan dipanggil termasuk Pak Mahfud (Ketua MK) juga," kata Wakil Ketua Komisi II, Ganjar Pranowo Selasa (14/6).
